The Navigators World Missions Discipling for Development Training Academy has 4 diverse program opportunities for you to grow in your God-given interests and gifts while being equipped to effectively work with the poor.

Residential Training Program (D4D RTP)
You will engage with each other through curriculum and community outreach and will get hands-on experience by being assigned as a volunteer to a local ministry that shares values with D4D. Dates: August 2021 - May 2022 Location: Atlanta, GA Cost: The program itself will cost $200/month ($2,000 total). Payment plans and fundraising are available - we never want finances to be a barrier, and we want to work with you to make our programs possible for you. For the Residential Training Program, we will work with you to determine living costs based on your needs. 2 by 2 Discount — join our program alongside a friend/spouse/co-laborer for a combined total of $3,500 Application Deadline: May 15, 2021 Additional Requirements: Funding Training, Orientation to Atlanta - Sunday, August 1st, 2021 - Saturday, August 7th, 2021 |

You will engage with each other through foundational curriculum and one-time visits various Atlanta-based museums and ministries to gain exposure to vulnerable populations and different approaches to development.
